This event will provide a retrospective summary on COP 29, with a focus on the commitments made towards climate change mitigation and the role businesses will play in meeting these targets.
Attendees will engage in discussions about the progress made at COP 29, key outcomes, and how businesses must adjust to new climate policies and goals.
COP 29, the 29th annual Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), is a global summit where nations come together to negotiate climate action commitments, strengthen global climate targets, and address the impacts of climate change on economies and societies.
Industry speakers will share insights on how the changes at COP 29 will impact SME’s, and what they need to do to align with the evolving climate landscape.
This event is free to Future Leap members and coworkers, and open to everyone. Attendance includes refreshments and a light breakfast.
