We meet monthly to chat about what’s going on in the Net Zero / Sustainability space, “network” and meet others who are interested in the industry.

Cherry is the Founder of Above & Beyond Recruitment, a recruitment business focused on helping Climate Tech start-ups to attract mission-aligned talent.
Cherry has over 15 years’ recruitment experience, a large proportion of which was spent recruiting into the Cambridge technology market.
She founded her business in 2021 with the ambition of blending her passion for start-up recruitment with her desire to contribute to a more sustainable future.
I help leaders, managers, and teams to affect organisational development and grow culture, increase productivity and resilience through coaching, mentoring and teaching.
As a former owner and HR Director of a successful Cambridge business I am well versed at both the theory and practice of growing, managing, and developing individuals and teams. I have insight and experience of being both coach, people partner & leader. Through coaching individuals often in high pressure leadership roles, I see first-hand the increases in performance from developing our skills in Emotional Intelligence and entrepreneurial skill set.
My complimentary blend of solid management skills and ICF accredited coaching is bolstered with qualifications from ILM, CIPD, Coaching and SFEDI alongside personality profiling. I can be both empathetic, supportive and motivational. Coaching 1:1 for many years allows me to recognise the delicate balance between coaching, mentoring and managing at all levels from Director to trainee.
