Green Leaders Lunch: Devolution of Net Zero

Join us for a lunch event with a difference! We'll be discussing whether or not it's possible for the North West to hit our ambitious Net Zero targets without support from national government and policy. A panel of experts, from local government and industry, will begin the discussion. Delegates will then have the opportunity to explore the issue on small roundtables over lunch, before feeding back to the wider audience.
