Lego® Serious Play® Workshop for Sustainability Professionals (LONDON)

This workshop busts the notion that you can’t do serious climate work and have fun at the same time. Specifically for sustainability professionals, this is a dedicated playspace where you'll have time to reflect on what's working and what's not in terms of getting the organisations you work with up to speed and taking bold sustainability action. Through a facilitated approach called Lego® Serious Play®, we will playfully disrupt familiar conversations and conundrums you face in your sustainability work, and help you do a spot of creative problem-solving. Expect an engaging few hours of strategic thinking, sharing with peers and marvelling at what insight you can gain through the medium of humble Lego® bricks. You will… - Enjoy a re-energising day away from your desk solving familiar problems in a less familiar way. - Consider how to navigate the gap between the nitty-gritty of organisational realities and the big structural challenges faced. - Share challenges with others working in similar contexts to you and get new insights on how to approach them. - Find connection, motivation and solidarity from your sustainability peers. - Develop amazing Lego® building skills! Through the afternoon we will refresh our kid-like Lego® skills and complete a range of building challenges in relation to our topics of discussion. No wild Lego-building skills are required :) We’ll think and feel our way through a topic that can polarise, fuel determination and despair, fire up and disengage people all in the same breath.
