Started in Glasgow during COP26, this relaxed event brings together those with a shared passion for sustainability in all its forms.

We meet monthly to chat about what's going on in the Net Zero / Sustainability space, "network" and meet others who are interested in the industry.

Your Hosts

Emily Deacon is a life and business coach, focusing on helping GreenTech Founders to have their much-needed positive impact on the planet! Her background is in biomedical science and B2B sales, with over 10 years' experience as a sales consultant. After having an active concern and interest in the climate since a teen, she realised that her sales and coaching background could be used for good, by helping those actively fighting the climate crisis! Emily has trained with two accredited coaching schools for both life and business coaching.

Alexander Lewis-Jones is the founder of OtherWay, providing Climate data for every vehicle on every journey.

Eddie is the Cofounder of C-Free, a Carbon Calculation and Footprinting company.

Venue

Situated 5-minutes walk from Elephant & Castle train and tube stations, Better World Brewing was founded in 2021 by four lifelong friends, and is based out of their taproom in Walworth South London, the area where they were all brought up. The taproom is not only their home but it's the place where they bring their world to life - great tasting, easy drinking beers and a desire to make the planet just a little better, they use recycled and sustainable materials where possible, and also plant a tree with each and every sale.
