In it’s second year, The Sustainability in Sparkling Wine (and drinks) Summit will hold a 2 hour summit of top Sustainability professionals supported by Slow Food International, Sustainable Wine Roundtable and Waitrose among others.

This event is kindly presented by Prosecco DOC.

Exhibitors in the adjacent hall include Champagne and Sparkling Wines along with Sustainable services / products to the industry.

Masterclasses will also be running including from Prosecco DOC and Cava DO.
