The Good Clothes Show is an entirely new event that draws inevitable comparisons to the former Clothes Show Live which ran for twenty years until 2014, and inspired many British youngsters to pursue a career in the industry.
The Good Clothes Show is being launched at a time of rising awareness about the impact of climate change, and so its self prescribed mission is to inspire positive change within the mainstream market by providing a much needed bridge between pop culture and sustainable fashion.
The show aims to do this by bringing together the broadest curation of lower impact fashion from pre-loved + vintage, responsibly motivated independent labels, rental platforms, customisers, menders and makers.
Circularity is a consistent theme from swaps to donations, reworked garments through to new materials created from old.
