Glass of Bubbly MasterClasses – The Annual Champagne & Sparkling Wine (Sustainability)

Throughout the day masterclasses will be taking place with a theme on Sustainability and this year we are launching London’s Sparkling Wine Sustainability Summit, supported by Slow Food (UK) and Sustainable Wine Roundtable, where there will be guest speakers present to discuss the topic of Sustainability in the Sparkling Wine Sector.

Masterclasses will also take place with sustainable wineries taking part – An evening dinner with sustainable foods and wines is also in the planning.
