The Transition Exchange
The Transition Exchange provides a peer-to-peer forum where practitioners share what genuinely works in turning Transition Plans into real action.
The forum is designed for those leading and delivering transition plans. Each workshop focuses on a specific topic, bringing together a consultancy and practitioners from a range of seniority levels to discuss how they have overcome challenges in delivering transition plans.
This is followed by a Chatham House-style exchange in small groups, giving participants the opportunity to explore the problem of the day and share practical solutions.
A Peer-to-Peer Approach
The Transition Exchange aims to ensure that every attendee contributes to the solution, creating hive-mind-style approaches that can help accelerate action across the board.
Insights and key interviews with leading practitioners will also be shared through the Transition Exchange LinkedIn group, allowing the community to continue the conversation and exchange ideas between sessions.
